1.   charter boats（チャーターボート）

20.1Charter boats and foils are mandatory.

　　　艇とフォイル（ダガーボードとラダー）は、必ず、チャーターされたものを使用してください。

20.2Charter boats will be supplied by Shanghai Far East FRP Boat Company Ltd,China.

　　　チャーターボートのメーカーは、中国の上海極東FRP公司（Shanghai Far East FRP Boat Company Ltd）です。

20.3Charter boats will be available onJuly 26^th 2006. Competitors shall not modify the boats or cause them to be modified in any way except that

　　　チャーターボートは2006年7月26日に利用可能になります。選手は、下記に示した例外事項を除き、ボートを改造したり、あるいは改造できるようにしたりしてはいけません。

a.a compass may be tied or taped to the hull or spars;

　　コンパスをハルまたはスパーに結びつけたりテープで固定しても構いません。

b.wind indicators, including yarn or thread, may be tied or taped anywhere on the boat;

　　毛糸や糸を含む風見をボートの任意の場所に結びつけたりテープで固定しても構いません。

c.hulls, daggerboards and rudders may be cleaned, but only with water;

　　ハル、ダガーボード、ラダーをきれいにしても構いません。ただし使用できるのは水のみです。

d.adhesive tape may be used anywhere above the water line; and

　　喫水線より上の任意の場所に粘着テープを貼っても構いません。

e.all fittings or equipment designed to be adjusted may be adjusted, provided that the Class Rules are complied with.

　　調整できるようにデザインされているすべての付属品ならびに用具は、クラスルールに適合するという条件で調整することができます。

20.4Competitors may use their own spars and fittings.

　　　選手は、自分自身のスパーならびに付属品を使用しても構いません。

20.5The cost for 8 days(July 27^th through August 4^th) will be USD 300, payableFebruary 15^th 2006. Charter boats will be complete with blocks, air bags, mainsheet, spars, blades, bailers, wind indicator and paddle, painter. Specific manufacturer and equipment make will be communicated later.

　　　8日間（7月27日〜8月4日）の使用料金は300USドルで、2006年2月15日から支払いできるようになります。チャーターボートには、ブロック、アップバッグ、メインシート、スパー、ブレード、あか汲み、風見、パドル、もやいが完備されています。製造者や部品メーカーは、後日案内されます。
