Hirofumi Kawano President of Japan Sailing Federation. It is my great pleasure that JSAF Enoshima Olympic Week 2013 is held. This event is considered as high-level regatta, because the world championship competitors and promising young sailors participate. I hope the regatta could be International Sailing Race deserved as ISAF Category 2. JSAF decided to adopt 420 class and laser as official for youth and encourage spreading them. I hope through this international exchange event Japanese sailors will learn a lot and go out to the world. I wish heartily the Olympic Game and Paralympic would be held at Tokyo. I wish the participants will able to show the skill and power achieved by daily practice and the exciting race with fair seaman-ship. We treasure up environment. Let us give our best try the clean sea forever. Finally, I would like to express thanks for the support to Kanagawa Prefecture, Fujisawa city, The Shonan Nagisa Park Corp, together with the cooperation from the related organization. I expect this event safety and success.	I am very glad JSAF Enoshima Olympic Week 2013 is held at Enoshima Yacht Harbor. I would like to welcome all competitor and race officers from abroad. I hope each sailor will show the strength and skill gained by daily training aiming Brazil Olympic Games. I hope sailors will establish friendly relationship through this regatta. I would like to express my appreciation to those who have given us great assistance to this event. Kazuaki Kaido	I would like to congratulate the splendid opening of JSAF Enoshima Olympic Week 2013. Kanagawa prefecture is surrounded by a beautiful coastline, So many people visit all year around to enjoy marine sports, and to compete various kind of yacht race, because modern yachting was born here and ha spread though-out Japan. This regatta, on Enoshina sea area, is supposed top sailors and young sailors will join. Under this situation, I expect it is a good opportunity to promote sailing sports as aiming to cultivate young promising sailor's activity toward future. I hope everyone will enjoy the race fully displaying sailing skills gained through the daily training routines. Also I hope the experience in this race will benefit to all of you leading to the Olympic Games and the world level. Lastly I wish the success of this event and sailor's safe. I express my deepest respert for the people who have spent their time to make successfully. Yuji kuroiwa	It is my great pleasure that JSAF ENOSHIMA OLYMPIC WEEK 2013 is grandly held at Fujisawa City with refreshing breeze. Enoshima, floating on a blue sea, is drawn as a beautiful sight-seeing spot in Ukiyoe in Edo age, and Katase coast-line is called Miami Beach in Oriental. These are very famous and popular ground, attract many visitor every time. It is our honor the domestic and foreign sailors compete exciting race here on glittering sea where Tokyo Olympic Games 1964 was held. I expect this event will develop more. That might encourage us. We try to build a cheerful, healthy and vivid Fujisawa City filled with love to local. JSAF江ノ島オリンピックウィーク2013の開催を心よりお祝い申し上げます。本大会は、世界選手権で活躍した選手をはじめ、ユースの有望選手が参加する極めて高い水準のレースであります。ISAFカテゴリー2の大会としてふさわしい国際的なセーリングレースとなることを願っています。 日本セーリング連盟では、次世代を担うユース制式艇種として420級とレーザー級の採用を決定し、普及に取り組んでいます。日本のセーラーたちが本大会のような国際交流を通してたくさんのことを学び、世界に羽ばたくことを期待しております。また本稿の期限により結果が不明ですが、2020オリンピック・パラリンピックが東京で開催されることを切に願っています。	ＪＳＡＦ江の島オリンピックウィーク２０１３が、江の島ヨットハーバーで開催されることを心よりお喜び申し上げます。 この大会に海外より参加されました選手、役員を心より歓迎します。 ブラジルオリンピックを目指し、各選手が普段の練習成果を発揮されますことを期待します。 この大会を通じ、参加された選手皆様がお互いに友情を深めていくことを願っています。 この大会にあたり、多くの皆様のご支援、ご協力いただいたことを感謝申し上げ、挨拶とします。	「JSAF Enoshima Olympic Week2013」が盛大に開催されますことを、心からお喜び申し上げます。 　 美しい海岸線を有する神奈川の海は、四季を通じてマリンスポーツを楽しむ人でにぎわうとともに、日本の近代ヨット発祥の地という由縁から、セーリング競技の大会も盛んに行われています。 こうした中、江の島沖において、国内外で活躍するトップ選手やユース世代の選手が参加する本大会は、将来を担う選手の育成に大いに寄与するとともに、セーリング競技の一層の普及・振興につながるものと期待しています。 　選手の皆様、日ごろの練習で培った技術を存分に発揮し、素晴らしいレースを繰り広げてください。そして、本大会をステップにして、オリンピックをはじめ世界の舞台で活躍されることを願っております。 結びに、開催にあたりご尽力いただきました関係の皆様に深く敬意を表しますとともに、大会のご成功ならびに選手の皆様のご健闘と安全を祈念して、私のあいさつといたします。	「ＪＳＡＦ江の島オリンピックウィーク２０１３」が、さわやかな湘南の海風に吹かれるなか、盛大に開催されますことを心からお喜び申しあげます。 　青い海に浮かぶ「江の島」、東洋のマイアミビーチと称される片瀬海岸一帯、江戸時代の浮世絵にも描かれた風光明媚な観光地は、いつの時代も人々の心を癒す特別な場所として、毎年多くの観光客の皆様に親しまれております。 　１９６４年（昭和３９年）に開催された東京オリンピックセーリング競技の大舞台となったこの青海原で、活力にあふれるセーラーたちの熱い戦いが繰り広げられますことは、地元・藤沢市にとりまして誠に光栄なことであります。 本市は、「郷土愛あふれる藤沢」づくりを目指しており、明るく健康的で活力にあふれる街づくりのためにも、この大会の限りないご発展を期待しております。 　本大会の運営にご尽力された関係者の皆さまに敬意を表しますとともに、各艇の航海の安全と、選手の皆さまのご健闘を心からお祈りいたします。
